**Description**

In this role, you will leverage your demonstrated project management experience to support our Commercial and Medical Team in France. As the Project Coordinator you will team up with talented internal and external colleagues in a dynamic environment to ensure that project commitments are being met. You will:

- Serve as a liaison to third party vendors for information exchange and document reviews
- Support contract management (HCPs, congress, vendors)
- Support regular submission of French contracted activities to anti-bribery law and Transparency declaration web sites
- Leverage cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless coordination and responsiveness

**Essential Requirements**:

- BSc or equivalent
- Fluent in French, written and spoken (French nationality)
- Proven experience in project coordination/management within the biotech/pharma industry
- Knowledge of the French reglementation

**Desired Requirements**
- BSc with marketing qualification
