Prepares required reports, presentations, mood boards and other project.* Manages quotes requests and remains in constant contact with purchasing operations for monitoring of deposits and payment.* Manage of FFE and OSE logistics.* Assists in management of de-snagging and other project closing & handover tasks.* Performs the day-to-day administrative activities within the department (emails, updates, reports, ect)* Maintains project documentation (online and hard copies).* Conduct efforts to respect the budget and reduce costs where possible. Assures pricing integrity and best value for money.
