As a Senior Compensation Manager, this newly-created position will report to the VP of Total Rewards (located in FR) and will be a key contributor to the Total Rewards Team (Team of 4 = you, 1 comp analyst, 1 benefits analyst, and VP of TR).
The Senior Compensation Manager position would be ideally based in the US (East Coast or NY), but we are also open to remote locations in France, Germany and the UK, with occasional business trips/overnight stays while attending our Paris office.
What you'll do:
- Roll out the TR strategy and Benefits policies. Drive consistency across the Dataiku.
- Coordinate implementation roadmap and deployment in close interaction with PBPs
- Ensure specific localization solutions when legally or market required.
- Work closely with the People Systems Team to set up and improve Workday
- Owner of bonus schemes. Lead Salary & bonus review cycles
- Develop continuous improvement in TR processes.
- Challenge the status quo
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years experience in Compensation in an international environment.
- Previous experience in international standardization and harmonization.
- Influencing skills with a business partner mindset.
- Analytical skills, capacity to drive recommendations.
- Business process optimization and deliverables oriented (compensation, equity, and variable plans).
- Strong communication and change management skills.
- Mentor and upskill junior members in the Total Rewards team.
- Prior experience in Benefits will be a plus.
