Catia Sales Expert

The CATIA brand is looking for a Sales Representative to support CATIA global sales - CSE (Customer Solution Experience) and GS (Global Sales) as part of defining the global sales strategy.
You will be required to integrate and defend the geographical strategy and the implementation of the commercial plan (selection of key customers to target using integrated market development and geographical commercial initiatives).

**Role description & responsibilities**

**Defining and steering the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy**
- Contribute to defining and executing CATIA IMD 2026 initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders to clarify business objectives, portfolio priorities, target industries, geographical areas and customer segments.
- Define and coordinate the levers necessary for the execution of the GTM strategy (sales & marketing support, events, dedicated pricing approaches, alignment with CS&I partners).
- Support CATIA business acceleration initiatives, including the structuring of global and strategic account strategies.
- Explore and evaluate new business models and go-to-market channels (digital platforms, marketplaces, etc.).

**Sales enablement and customer-oriented support**
- Design, maintain and continuously improve global content
- Design, maintain and continuously improve global sales enablement content (value propositions per IMD initiative, key messages, strategic ‘Big Rocks’).
- Support local sales teams through training, workshops and direct support to ensure effective adoption of GTM strategies and messages.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of CATIA messaging globally, particularly regarding portfolio developments, new features and strategic priorities.

**Account strategy and pipeline development**
- Support the qualification and structuring of strategic opportunities, in line with the overall strategy and priorities of the CATIA portfolio.
- Orchestrate collaboration with local sales teams, providing methodological and operational support throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to marketing and demand generation events, and monitor the associated pipeline creation.
- Participate in deal engineering activities, including internal alignment and support for negotiations with key stakeholders.

**Performance management and reporting**
- Ensure global visibility of the sales pipeline by consolidating data from different regions and initiatives.
- Monitor and improve the quality of forecasts and the maturity of opportunities.
- Analyze performance by region, industry, domain and IMD initiative, and provide actionable analysis and recommendations to management.

**Cross-functional collaboration**
- Work closely with the entire internal CATIA ecosystem (Sales, GTM & Enablement, Marketing, R&D, Finance, Strategy, Usage Success, Design Innovation, etc.).
- Coordinate interactions with geographic organisations, channel teams, industry organisations, pricing and CS&I teams to ensure smooth and aligned execution of the GTM strategy.

**Qualifications**

You have more than 10 years of experience in indirect sales of software solutions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, particularly with high-level contacts.
- Knowledge of the Transport & Mobility, Industrial Equipment and Aerospace & Defence sectors and their respective industrial processes will be an asset to fully succeed in this role.
- Knowledge of CATIA (or other 3D CAD software) is required.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong results-oriented mindset, strategic thinking and customer-focused vision.
