**We are looking for a data scientist to join our team**
Faurecia is a global leader in automotive technology, providing innovative solutions for a fast-evolving industry.
The Faurecia Global Business Services (GBS) is the global organization in charge of end-to-end Business processes: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) processes.
In order to improve and simplify its processes, the GBS organization focuses on digitalization via RPA (Robotic Process Automation: UIPath), data and process mining solutions (Celonis, Foundry).
**You will be working on challenges that matter**
GBS organization has selected advanced IT solutions and is looking for a motivated Engineering IT school apprentice in order to boost its digital transformation.
He will be the GBS data scientist and will support the GBS digital transformation manager to define and to implement the process improvement solutions.
He/She will work collaboratively with the project management and IT teams. He will be located in Nanterre in the headquarters of Faurecia in a very dynamic and international environment.

Process mining / Celonis**:
Celonis is a process mining tool that helps Faurecia to visualize, to analyse and to improve the Business processes.
In the context of implementation of Celonis, the data scientist will have to work with the system architect and with the Celonis project manager to adapt the Celonis data model (SQL) to Faurecia Business specificities.
Together with the Celonis project manager, the data scientists is at the heart of the Business problematics.

Data preparation / Foundry**:
Palantir Foundry is a collaborative data science software platform for teams of data scientists, data analysts, engineers, product owners and data governance to explore the SAP tables of Faurecia.
We identify the Business need to address the use cases from the specification phase to the development of datasets, dashboards and alert systems in Foundry.
Thanks to his technical expertise, the data scientist will use Foundry to code the datasets (Pyspark) and to help boost the data mining efficiency within the GBS central team. His understanding of the Business problematics will be important to remain relevant with the technical solutions proposed.

**Skills and Experience**
- You are studying Computer / Data Science, master degree
- Knowledge of SQL query / Python / Pyspark
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English; spoken and written is a must
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good social skills combined with a down-to-earth attitude
- Result driven, motivated, focused and persistent on improvement and quality
- Business and customer-oriented mindset
