In order to strengthen its sales team in the EMEA zone, ENENSYS Technologies is recruiting an **_Pre Sales Engineer EMEA F/H_**.
Based at the head office in Cesson-Sévigné, and reporting to the EMEA sales management, your missions will include:
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for ENENSYS customers and prospects
- Assist the EMEA-CIS sales team in developing technical and commercial proposals for business opportunities
- Work in close collaboration with EMEA-CIS sales, product managers, support and partners
- Analyze and respond to various tenders
- Analyse customer requirements and design the most appropriate technical solution in close collaboration with the sales and marketing team
- Produce presentation materials summarising / highlighting the proposed answers / solutions (WORD technical-commercial offer and PPT presentation)
- Defend the proposed solution in front of the final customers by accompanying the sales representatives and/or partners
- In the case of strategic clients, take on the role of Technical Account Manager (TAM)
- Advise and influence clients in the pre-sales phase
- Advise customers in their architecture definition phases
- Promote ENENSYS innovative technologies so that the customer mentions them in future tenders
- Demonstrate / argue the value proposition
- Demonstrate the solutions remotely and then at the customer’s premises to develop confidence and convince them
- Make the Business Partners more autonomous in terms of mastering the commercial offer (“Channel management”)
- Training on products and solutions (use cases)
- Direct pre-sales assistance to business partners to enable them to respond to calls for tender and end-customer consultations
- Communicate on secured projects and support the identification of new opportunities

- Ensure the technical skills of the Business Partners (“Channel management”)
- Training in the installation and use of the group’s products
- Training in system architectures for complex solutions
- Training in technologies to strengthen their ability to detect new projects at end-customer sites
- Management of demos and equipment loans to customers and partners
- Management of the demo pool
- Preparation of demos and loans
- Short training of the client at the beginning of the loan or demo presentation
- Final evaluation at the end of the demo / loan
To carry out your missions, you will be required to travel regularly to customers and partners in Europe.
Profile
- Engineering school with a specialization in Telecom or IT
- 10 years of experience, part of which is in technical positions in contact with customers (support, project management) and part in pre-sales
- Good command of commercial English (conferences, seminars, defending a call for tender, international trade shows, writing mainly in English). Mastery of a second language would be a plus
- Experience in export, ideally acquired in pre-sales missions for software or solutions (hardware, software, services)
- Experience in products related to video broadcasting would be a plus
- Proactive, structured and methodical in defining and implementing action plans according to priorities
- Excellent communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts into simple messages for clients
- Curiosity, active listening
- Conviction, leadership and negotiation skills
Compensation
- Fixed salary (according to profile) + variable salary
- 218-day annual package
