Business Accounting Support Analyst

Natixis IMI aims to further develop its presence in France and internationally, drawing on the expertise of its teams and Natixis IM’s multi-affiliate model. - 1_ _Assets under management (“AUM”) as of December 30, 2022._ On a daily basis, You are responsible for: - Solving complex accounting problems and challenges, while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and company policies by helping to monitor system issues raised by operational staff; - Support financial reporting processes, including monthly, quarterly and annual closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new business units/features into existing financial systems and processes, leveraging SAP for seamless integration; - Assist in the implementation of accounting policies, procedures and financial controls to improve efficiency, mitigate risk and support auditors in their overall audit approach; - Participate in mini-auditsprojects related to process improvement, system upgrades or other initiatives within the accounting function; - Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes and accounting best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. You are familiar with: - SAP financial modules (FI/CO); - Interpreting complex financial processes and providing actionable insights through strong analytical skills. You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are: - Valued for your communication skills; - Attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness; - Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. You master English with a C1 level.
