As a Senior Chef de Partie at Zuma, every dish is crafted with passion and precision, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen operates at the highest standards. With your leadership and expertise, you’ll inspire and guide the team, helping create the extraordinary dining experiences that define Zuma. Join our team for the summer season 2025, please note this position is a seasonal contract (CDD).

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Saint-Tropez, set to open in 2025. Our luxurious venue will embody the dynamic energy and sophistication that this iconic destination is known for. Featuring elegant outdoor dining, Zuma Saint-Tropez will be the ultimate dinning destination in the region.

**Main Duties**
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintain sufficient mise en place levels to ensure smooth and efficient food flow during service, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation
- Inspect incoming goods for quality, oversee proper storage, and work to minimize waste while maintaining standards
- Conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas and ensure workstations are clean, organized, and safe
- Develop a deep understanding of all kitchen sections to manage the team effectively and flexibly as needed
- Ensure food preparation meets recipes and standards, while supervising and supporting junior chefs to maintain excellence
- Support and coach new chefs, providing ongoing training, fostering open communication, and building a positive, motivated kitchen team
