**About the team**

The marketing specialist bring together diverse backgrounds and expertise to drive success in the company. With this trans-functional role, you will handle all the internal and external communication.

**About the role**

As a Communication and Marketing Specialist, you'll be a pivotal member, working alongside France and Europe team, to work out and coordinate localization efforts. You will also collaborate closely with sales on campaigns, trade shows, PR, social media, content, and website to achieve success for EVBox. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop as an experienced all-round marketing and communication specialist with a comprehensive understanding of all principles. You will be working from our office in Bordeaux.
- Develop, implement, and track the marketing strategy for the company in different regions, by matching local market insights with overall marketing and company strategies.
- Own local PR content distribution and press partnerships to enhance brand visibility and secure media coverage across relevant channels.
- Support the creation and execution of advertising campaigns on digital channels, such as Search, Social, Display, and Video, maximizing reach and engagement.
- Lead new EVBox product introductions.
- Create dedicated account-based marketing plans for the largest partners, leveraging partnerships for mutual growth and success.
- Create and coordinate the delivery of marketing collateral, including newsletters, mailings, and other materials, to targeted audiences and internal employees.
- Create a content strategy and planning, for example for blog, website and social media content.
- Create digital content, product collateral, and improve the website, ensuring compelling and engaging experiences for visitors.
- Organize and coordinate (online) events and tradeshows, driving registrations, engagement and maximize brand exposure.
- Execute specific marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and localization efforts, while collaborating with internal teams for optimized content.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimizations and improvements.

**About you**

**Education requirements**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field

**Experience requirements**
- 6-10 years of all-round communication and marketing experience

**Skills required**
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French AND English for effective communication within the European team.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in executing marketing campaigns and coordinating localization efforts.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrating proactiveness, being a self-starter, and having an entrepreneurial mindset in driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess campaign performance, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
- Proficient in coordinating regional events, trade shows, and webinars to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
