**The Business Controlling Director lead a team of 9 people, and oversee all the Business Controlling follow up, regarding the different Channels: On-Trade and Off-Trade, as well as the Marketing department.**
**Acting as a real Business partner to ensure the best decision that meet our financial, business objectives & consumer needs, through all the analysis and financial control of the business activities as well as the reporting for internal and regional (Europe) purposes.**

Your Missions:

- Be a real business partner to the On Trade and Off Trade Director in the business strategy and development / with the Marketing Director in the strategic decision regarding brands development & innovations.
- Ensure the analysis, simulation, and construction of the pricing negotiation with your team
- Recommend business optimization in all financial dimensions
- Understand and challenge the drivers of financial performance
- Animate the annual Budget for all the perimeter he/she is in charge and the Strategic 3 years Plan
- Challenge the different stakeholders in a very demanding context/environment
- Ensure proper closure and adequate cut off for sales and marketing areas
- Control the costs by following up prices update & repercussions of pricing strategy to secure budget & forecast.
- Lead Change through important project to improve processes that can be & gain in efficiency

Key Experiences & Softskills:
At least 15 years of experiences in Business Controlling in a challenging FMCG environment.

Great leadership & communications skills are required, someone who thrives in connecting with people even outside of his scope.
High ability to lead both operational tasks and projects with a growth, change & partnering mindset.

Someone who like to challenge the status quo & influence positively your pears to achieve the objectives.
