About the team
TikTok's Global Gaming Team aims to help gaming businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth.

The Brand Partnerships team is looking for an experienced Brand Partnerships Manager to manage and drive its Gaming business. As a Brand Partnerships Manager you will be the designated expert for your industry and will be tasked with defining the way forward for long-term business relationships. Success in your role requires an overall understanding of the digital media ecosystem - deep connections with the Gaming industry and an ability to evolve in a fast-paced demanding startup environment. You will be evaluated against your impact in terms of marketing budgets revenue generation as well as the strategic initiatives you will carry forward towards positioning TikTok as a key platform for companies in your industry of focus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify business opportunities, build and maintain successful relationships with prospects, existing and past clients
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle
- Research prospective accounts in target markets
- Set goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions

**Qualifications**:

- Experience within the Gaming vertical
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, app monetisation experience is a plus
- Experience analysing campaign data and delivering recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
