**What is the role of a Marketing Intern at Fipto?**:
As a Marketing Intern, your mission will be to provide operational support for all the marketing activities that make up Fipto's marketing strategy: communications, digital marketing, branding and events.

Here are some of your future missions:

- **Marketing campaign support**: assist in the creation, management and follow-up of marketing campaigns, including content creation.
- **Social Media Management**: contribute to the management of the company's social media accounts by planning and publishing content relevant to our B2B audience.
- **Content creation support**: collaborate with Mathieu to create content such as blog posts, infographics, videos, etc. to promote our platform.
- **Competitive intelligence**: monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- **Event support**: help to organize Fipto events, but also to organize our presence at external events.

**This internship will provide you with**:

- New knowledge of the crypto and blockchain world: discovering international payments and crypto to develop the platform.
- A significant increase in your skills in the Marketing field
- Experience in an international environment, English being the working language we use most internally.
- The possibility of continuing on to a permanent contract and continuing to develop internally.

**Your Future Team**:
You will work under Mathieu, your future manager and also Head of Marketing

You will also work closely with:

- Gregoire and Patrick, Fipto’s co-founders
- The Sales team composed of Gregoire, Valentin, Charlotte
- as well as many other people

**About You**:

- Currently in your final year of a higher education course in marketing, you are currently taking a gap year, or you’re looking for a 6-month end-of-studies internship.
- Ideally, you have previous successful experiences of a similar internship in a startup in marketing.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are proficient in the use of Pack Office, particularly Powerpoint, and you have a good knowledge of digital marketing tools (social networks, Canva, Adobe, etc.)..
- You have an analytical mind and an ability to synthesize data.
- You are meticulous, proactive and curious
- You are autonomous, self-disciplined and able to question yourself.
- You are a team player, and you’re able to handle several tasks simultaneously
- You are results-oriented and data-driven
- You speak both French and English fluently
- You're a resourceful thinker

**Recruitment Process**:

- Initial HR screening call with Sandra, Head of People and Culture (45 minutes, phone)
- Case study (to be prepared on your own at home)
- Debrief interview with Mathieu (1 hour, visio or at the office)
- Last round, interview with Gregoire, one of our co-founder (30 minutes, visio or at the office)
