**We are looking to recruit a Marketing Officer on an apprenticeship contract or on an end-of-study internship as part of a Master’s degree.**

**Role & Responsibilities**:
As part of the marketing team reporting into our Chief Commercial Officer you will do the operational marketing. Your responsibilities will be the following:

- Coordinate marketing activities in support of conferences, events and webinars, and manage conference logistics including pre-event planning and post-conference follow-up
- Participate actively in the implementation of the digital marketing strategy on social media and websites (updates, creation of content, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, SEA)
- Undertake tactical marketing activities, in line with the Marketing Plan and in support of sales strategies.
- Support the creation of sales and marketing materials for business lines (brochures, infographics, articles, case studies, marketing campaigns: online and offline, sales presentations)
- Maintain salesforce for marketing lead generation activities, reporting and customer database
- Track marketing activities, including leads, digital activity, and expenses, to support the monthly marketing report

**Skills and Experience**:

- Degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent speaker English and French
- Interest in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
