This role demands more than leadership—it requires a builder's mindset. You'll harness generative AI to prototype groundbreaking features, streamline user experiences through automation, and dive into Python with AI-assisted tools. Your direct engagement with students, teachers, and administrators will fuel innovations that feel custom-crafted for their needs.

**What you will be doing**
- Forge deep connections with users, uncovering critical pain points and opportunities for transformative solutions.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to rapidly prototype, validate, and refine revolutionary product concepts.
- Shepherd products from ideation to launch, ensuring measurable improvements in student success and satisfaction.
- Spearhead development teams, driving execution of a visionary roadmap while maintaining unwavering quality standards.
- Stay at the forefront of learning science and AI advancements, continually pushing the boundaries of educational technology.

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Delegating from the sidelines. This role demands hands-on leadership and active participation in product creation.
- Settling for incremental improvements. We're targeting paradigm-shifting breakthroughs in educational technology.
- Navigating bureaucratic hierarchies. Our dynamic environment requires adaptability and a willingness to contribute at all levels.

Spearhead the development and delivery of AI-powered educational products that demonstrably revolutionize student engagement, learning efficacy, and overall satisfaction.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative, user-centric products with quantifiable impact on key metrics.
- Technical proficiency to leverage Python and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct insightful user research and translate findings into actionable product enhancements.
- Strong data analysis skills, with a history of driving product decisions based on measurable insights.
- Successful leadership experience guiding development teams to realize product visions while maintaining quality.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of providing clear direction and maintaining alignment across diverse stakeholders.
