You will be our next Talent Acquisition Specialist. Over the last 4 years, we have been building and challenging our business model to validate that there are indeed some tremendous things to do. Now, it’s confirmed, it is ready to grow, and grow big. Today, we are developing teams of experts to do things way bigger, way faster, and way better than ever before. So we want you to support this growth by identifying, approaching and hiring the most suited talent of our industry.
This is a unique opportunity to play an active role in this still young adventure, and push it with no limits.
So far, we’ve been sourcing and recruiting a large range of profiles, hiring Ingredient Sales, Lab Technicians, as well as General Accountant, Business Unit Directors, or Sourcing Managers.
Your day-to-day worklife will mostly articulate as following:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs,
- Determine selection criteria,
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews,
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements,
- ** The team around you**:
As a member of the People Team, you will directly report to the TA Manager, and will benefit from our knowledge of the industry and our experience in hunting and dragging Food Industry’s game-changing profiles.
As a team, we will support your growth and feed you with honest and balanced feedback, as well as our best Tips&Tricks on the job specificities and technicalities.
In touch with every department, you will develop and maintain a high level of engagement with each team : Sourcing, Product Management, Sales, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, etc.. They will help you to understand specificities of their role, and the impact you may have on each other's performances.
**Profil recherché**:
- ** Skills needed**:
We are looking for someone who will have both-short & long-term impact. Being able to adapt to a start-up is important.
**Fondamental**:
- At least 2 years of experience (incl. internship) in recruiting for Agencies or a Company.
- You showed a great ability to shift from one profile to another, by hiring a wild diversity of profiles. 15 profiles hired over a year would be a good track record.
- You know what Taleez, Workable, Team Tailor, Lever or Bull-Horn are, how they work, how to use them.
- You know how to use the most common JobBoards and head hunting tools.
- When it comes to softskills, you are resilient, people oriented, rigorous, business oriented, but also humble and curious.
- If you’ve read this far, you understand that you must be fluent in both French and English. Any other language is great.
**Bonus**:
- You have certain Sales related skills,
- You’ve been recruiting over the Food Industry, plant based raw materials industry.

- ** Contrat**: CDI - Permanent
- ** Starting date**: ASAP.
- ** Localisation**: Based in Avignon (Your chance to live in Provence - France).
- ** Home office**: 2 days a week maximum, after the first month.
- ** Salary**: from 33k€ to 36k€ gross salary / year + uncapped bonus based on both company and individual results.
