We are looking for an M&A / Corporate Finance Associate to expand our fast-growing Paris team. We offer an excellent working atmosphere in a highly dynamic team. You will work on in-depth company and industry research, financial analyses and valuation models, client pitches and execution of transactions. We work in small teams where you benefit from deep project involvement and high cross-border client exposure. Our compensation is performance-oriented in line with market practice.
**Profile Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking/M&A
- Degree in business administration, finance or economics (or in engineering + major in corporate finance) from top school or university
- Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment and ability to act independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent French and English (oral and written) as a must
- Team player with excellent communication skills
