Adoc Talent Management is looking for an Associate Director/Director, Preclinical Program Management M/F. Our client is a start-up that designs and develops a new generation of immunotherapy antibodies positioned at the crossroads of several high-potential immunological fields. With several top-notch fundraisers, the company has several programs in the discovery, preclinical and clinical phase in the world of immuno-oncology and autoimmunity.

**Position**

Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer and as part of the Research Leadership Team in the Preclinical team, your mission will be to take preclinical programs into first in human studies and actively support the development of all internal R&D non-clinical activities.

Thus, you will work closely with the discovery and preclinical directors to meet R&D corporate and program objectives and will provide program management and operational leadership.

You will support the development and execution of cross-functional project including CMC, GLP tox and regulatory filing with established goals, milestones, and budget to enable program analysis and planning.

As program responsible, you will drive planning for key drug development stage-gate decision points (e.g., Cell line development, GLP tox, preparation of regulatory documents for First-in-Human).

Monitoring critical path activities to ensure delivery of program objectives will also be part of your responsibilities, as well as conducting risk management, contingency, and scenario planning. As a great communicator, your role will also facilitate decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving with people at all levels of the organization to accomplish shared program goals.

You will participate to the budget planification and will identify program issues or resource gaps and facilitate resolution.

Finally, you will provide program follow-up by creating and presenting program presentations to senior leadership, functional heads, and other key stakeholders.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible in Marseille (13), it is not a requirement to be based in Marseille.

**Profile**

You own a B.S. or M.S. degree in pharmaceutical science, biotechnology, or biology, with at least 10 years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry including direct project/program management experience for antibody programs through early-stage development.

You are fully familiar with the organization and operation of an R&D laboratory under a quality management system, as well as the specific issues related to matrix operations and service platforms.

People-oriented, you show leadership and know how to unite a team by instilling a collaborative and mutual aid spirit. Good communicator, you know how to find the arguments to convince. You appreciate demanding and dynamic environments, are not afraid of challenges and deadlines to be met. A fluent French is an asset.
