The Veepee Group operates, additionally to its historical flash sales activity, a marketplace channel open to brands and retailers willing to list and sell their products on the Veepee Group websites.
- In order to help our websites scale to their full potential by centralizing and managing daily technical support, we are looking for a Central Support agent for our European activity.

**TASKS**:

- Provide fast and useful support to the marketplace teams and to the connected sellers on a daily basis by managing, categorizing and finding solutions to the tickets via the internal tool (FreshDesk), while closely following up the answer lead time.
- Communicate issues and bugs to the different marketplace teams.
- Liaiseon a regular basis with the proper product owner / product team / external partner to escalate risks, issues and challenges, in order to assist them in the improvement of the tools when possible.
- Create and manage reports and analysis.

**MUST HAVE skills**:

- You have 1+ year experience as technical support level.
- You know Marketplace/API specific tools, MS office (+excel/Openoffice sheets mastering) and webtools.
- You have database comprehension and IT capacities
- You have detailed knowledge of marketplace flows.
- You speak English and France, Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.
- You have very good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills and a capacity to evolve in a complex and moving environment.
