Sailing Academy Manager

**Job description**

M3 Monaco, leading company in the creation, development of marinas, yacht clubs and sailing schools, is looking for one of its clients **based in Qatar** a **Sailing Academy Manager.**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage finance, HR, equipment maintenance
- Expand target user of the sailing academy
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons to students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide constructive feedback to students & member to support their growth
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Events Promotion
- Lead the strategy for marketing and communication
- Develop the partnership with college and universities as well as sponsors

**Qualifications**
- Experience in Sailing School Management
- Previous experience in teaching or instruction is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively convey complex information in an understandable manner
- Passion for education and helping others succeed
- Certification or degree as sailing instructor - RYA or FFV
- Experience in a yacht club is preferred.
- Experience in planning and organizing events and activities.

**Experience**

Proven experience in management of sailing academy/school, ability to manage a budget, strong commercial profile, updated sailing certifications (RYA is a plus).

**Job Context**

The Sailing Academy is part of the Corinthia Yacht Club, located in the seclude area of The Pearl, Doha. Both together are aiming to encourage and involve members, locals and visitors to be part of the yachting community, promote sailing values and share commitment to ocean preservation.

**Salary**

**Full time job based in Qatar**

Basic + package including accommodation, mobile & transport allowance

Payslip: Between 3,500.00€ and 4,000.00€ per month based on experience
