**Your Role**

As part of the growth of our **consulting division**, we are looking for a **Junior Project Manager** who is autonomous, detail-oriented, and ready to grow within a fast-moving, passionate team.

You will work closely with senior project managers and contribute actively to identifying and developing new business opportunities worldwide.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the **operational management of projects**: studies, construction, delivery
- **Coordinate stakeholders**: design offices, contractors, technical partners
- Ensure compliance with **project schedules, budgets, and environmental goals**:

- Contribute to the **drafting of technical documents and reports**:

- Conduct **technical and market intelligence research**:

- Propose **sustainable innovations** to be integrated into project design
- **Identify and pursue new marina projects** worldwide (research, networking, contribution to private tenders)

**Your Profile**
- Master's degree (engineering, architecture, planning, environment, or related field)
- First experience (internship or apprenticeship) in project management or yachting infrastructure appreciated
- Autonomous, rigorous, curious, with a keen eye for detail and strong teamwork skills
- Fluent in **English** (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to represent the company in an international context
- Passionate about the maritime world, lifestyle destinations, and innovation
