Created in 2014 in Paris, CGN EE is an independent power producer and subsidiary of the Chinese State company CGN Group, specialized in low carbon energy (nuclear energy and renewable energy). With over 2.4 GW capacity (Wind and Solar), CGN EE quickly became the renewable energy company with the most rapid growth in Europe and is continuously seeking expand its team. Our goal in the long term is to become a leading player inthe renewable energy sector in Europe and Africa.
In this prospect, we are seeking an Intern for our Engineering and operation department. You will assist the entire team in conducting and carrying out administrative and technical tasks related to the construction and operation of wind and solar farms. In particular, you will intervene on:
- Document Management:
- In relation with the Director of Department you will also facilitate the good performance of our asset management system in accordance with ISO 55001 standard
- You will support the filling of our core databases and make sure of the consistency of our hard copy documentation
- Supplier relation and purchase and payment procedures of the company at the departmental level:
- Centralize orders placement and invoices that take place at the department level via our information system
- Management of documents related to orders and payments
- Wind farm leases and local contact follow-up
- Insurance claim centralisation
- Support to production invoicing
- Coordination between different offices:
- As the team is divided between Dublin, Paris, Troyes, Bordeaux and Sweden, you will be an important link in the coordination and dissemination of information.
- You will also help the members of the team to travel to our wind farms.
- Follow-up of holidays and missions
- You will write letters and minute of meetings
- Coordination at the Operation department level of wind farm event (school visit, local presentation, open day...) and delegation visits.
- Management of the team equipment’s:
- Management and control of personal protective equipment
- Management and control of work clothes
- Management of access keys to wind farms
- Update tracking in our HSE tracking software
- Management and tracking of cars fleet
- Deal with all the internal required work flows such as SAP, UPM, etc (to launch the workflow, trace the workflow, finish thw workflow and finish the statistical report);
- Task tracing, data collection, analysis, reporting job regarding to the EOM related business.
**Requirements：**
- Degree (Bac +3/+4) specialized in Energy, Management, Business Computing, Executive Assistant or similar.
- Volunteer, dynamic, and organised
- Familiar with computer science, proficient in several IT tools (Office pack, validation of Expense Note, order)
- Possess very good English level, fluent French is a plus
