Your everyday life with us:

You are our employee lighthous**e: As an HR generalist, you accompany our employees throughout the entire end-to-end process from recruitment to appreciative departure and support them along the way as a conscientious administrator, helping hand and counsellor for our employees and managers.
- ** You are our concierge and HR hub**: You act as a partner across CoE and BBS to drive all HR operational activities in country/plant/site (recruiting; training; benefits programmes)
- ** You are our employer lighthouse**: You create exciting and innovative ideas and continuously expand our employer branding and marketing. You also lead/implement country/site specific HR programs and policies and ensure understanding and adherence of local and global policies.
- ** You are our internal development expert**: You actively drive for talent development in accordance with and through the corporate processes: the performance management and succession planning processes. You ensures that the local leaders and managers are educated and engaged regarding the HR Processes
- ** You are our project talent**: You are responsible for the implementation and coordination of projects in close coordination with the international and local HR team. You will support and work closely with our HR management.

We are impressed by your profile:

- You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, psychology or similar or further training as an HR specialist and have already gained two years of professional experience in HR (recruiting, learning & development, labour/collective bargaining and social law)
- You enjoy operational HR work, as well as the proactive design and further development of your own area and have approx. 5 years of professional experience (proven experience and knowledge and understanding of the Labour Laws and EU regulations around labour)
- You are communicative, assertive, a team player and see yourself as a consultant and partner at eye level
- You have a hands-on mentality - working independently is a matter of course for you
- We require a very good command of French and English
