Réalisation de tâches simples et diverses, identification des anomalies en apportant les premiers éléments de compréhension
Conformément aux procédures, consignes, instructions de travail et documents du système qualité du site, et dans le cadre des fonctions qui sont assignées à cet emploi, la personne réalise les activités significatives suivantes:
- Fabrique des composants et produits finis de la gamme Microfrance de niveau de difficulté simple selon les procédures et instructions de fabrication
- Respecte et applique les enseignements et consignes qui lui sont prodiguées lors des formations à son poste de travail
- Effectue des opérations d’Ajustage de base
- Effectue toutes les opérations d’autocontrôle afin de rendre un produit conforme
- Participe aux opérations de maintenance de premier niveau planifiées pour les équipements qu’il/elle utilise
- Respecte et renseigne toute la documentation qualité afférente à la fabrication des composants et produits finis de la Gamme Microfrance dont il a la charge
- Entretien son espace et ses outils de travail
- Utilise correctement, range et respecte l’usage des montages et instruments de mesure, de contrôle et d’essai qui lui sont confiés et dont il/elle a besoin pour son travail
- Informe son responsable de ligne sur son avancement journalier et signale tout problème
- Dans ses actions de fabrication, limite au maximum les pertes et rebuts
- Peut contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’atelier, à la réduction des consommations d’énergie et de l’impact environnemental de son activité
