Rattaché au Responsable Ajustage, vous procédez auxfabrications nécessaires à la production conformément aux normes qualité et sécurité et assurez la production dans le respect des délais impartis.
- Vos missions :_
- Réaliser les opérations de fabrication et de mise ne forme fonctionnelle d'instruments médicaux
- Veiller à la conformité des produits en effectuant l’auto-contrôle des pièces usinées à l’aide de modèles et d’appareils de mesure (pied à coulisse, projecteur de profil) dans les respects des règles et procédures de notre entreprise.
- Effectuez une maintenance de premier niveau sur les machines et participez avec l’ensemble de l’équipe aux tâches quotidiennes : organisation, rangement, commande de l’outillage
- Aptitudes et profil :_- Maitrise des outils et processus de mise en forme de métaux- CAP / Bac Pro Technicien Outilleur souhaité ou expérience similaire.
