**Job Description Summary**:
The Electrification Systems Segment aims to build on the strengths from Grid Solutions and Power Conversion, Solar & Storage businesses to enrich our value proposition to our customers in a growth environment. The Chief Strategy & Technology Officer provides oversight and coordination on strategy and technology across the entire Electrification Systems Segment.

The Electrification Systems Strategic Marketing team mission is to build and deploy the Electrification Systems strategy collaborating with the Business Lines and GE Vernova Enterprise Develoment, Growth & Excellence teams. The team will be responsible for:

- Collecting, analyzing and synthesizing strategic business intelligence, in close collaboration with Global Accounts Management and Strategic Accounts Executives, corporate and business line Strategic Marketing teams;
- Formulating Voice of Industry - including market modelling - and bringing it into the strategic planning process, in close cooperation with the broader CSTO team, Electrification Systems business lines and GE Vernova Growth & Technology team;
- Driving the Electrification Systems strategy process (“LTS”) and its implementation within GE Vernova Electrification Systems and its business lines, in close cooperation with Electrification System Strategy Leaders and the GE Vernova Growth & Technology team;
- Informing and structuring advocacy efforts related to the Electrification Systems segment, in close cooperation with Chief Engineer, corporate Strategic Marketing and Government Affairs teams.

This team is organized to assure ownership of distinct building blocks in the Electrification strategic planning process, driven by the Strategic Marketing team with business leaders. Each person will also be nominated to lead business intelligence on behalf of Electrification Systems for the strategic domains defined with GE Vernova Enterprise Develoment, Growth & Excellence team during the strategic planning process.

The Chief Strategy & Technology Officer, assure la supervision et la coordination de la stratégie et de la technologie à l’échelle de l’ensemble du Segment Electrification Systems.

L’équipe Marketing Stratégique Electrification Systems a pour mission de construire et de déployer la stratégie du Segment, en collaboration avec les Business Lines et les équipes Enterprise Development, Growth & Excellence de GE Vernova. Ses responsabilités couvrent:

- La collecte, l’analyse et la synthèse d’informations stratégiques sur le marché, en étroite collaboration avec la Gestion des Comptes Globaux, les responsables Grands Comptes Stratégiques, ainsi que les équipes de Marketing Stratégique corporate et métiers ;
- La définition de la _Voice of Industry_ - incluant la modélisation de marché - et son intégration dans le processus de planification stratégique, en coopération avec l’équipe CSTO, les Business Lines Electrification Systems et l’équipe GE Vernova Growth & Technology ;
- La conduite du processus de stratégie Electrification Systems (_LTS_) et sa mise en œuvre, en lien étroit avec les responsables stratégie des Business Lines et l’équipe Growth & Technology de GE Vernova ;
- L’apport de soutien et la structuration des actions d’influence liées au Segment Electrification Systems, en coopération avec le Chief Engineer, les équipes de Marketing Stratégique corporate et les affaires publiques.

Chaque membre de l’équipe est en charge de blocs stratégiques spécifiques du processus de planification et est désigné comme référent pour la veille stratégique dans les domaines définis avec l’équipe Enterprise Development, Growth & Excellence de GE Vernova.

**Market Modelling for Electrification Systems**:

- Lead customer segment-specific analysis pertaining to power generation, transmission & distribution, electro-intense industry and transportation, storage;
- Consolidate business intelligence and coordinate with business lines to confirm market hypotheses and do gap analysis;
- Deliver input and collaborate with corporate marketing team for the models acting as baseline to strategy and business plans;
- Build market synthesis for the Electrification System strategy plan;
- Develop scenarios for stress-test and blue-sky modeling, identify adjacencies to evaluate;
- Manage our relationship and represent our interests with recognized third-party analysts, e.g., International Energy Agency and BNEF.
