En tant que stagiaire, vous rejoindrez la fonction « Investment Specialist » de Tikehau IM, avec un focus particulier sur les opportunités spéciales et la dette immobilière. Ce département joue un rôle essentiel dans la coordination entre les équipes commerciales et les équipes d’investissement, afin d’assurer le bon déroulement de la levée de fonds et la transmission efficace des informations aux potentiels clients.

Le poste d’Investment Specialist implique une collaboration quotidienne avec les différentes fonctions de l’entreprise : investissement, risques, compliance, juridique, etc., ainsi qu’avec les bureaux internationaux. Vous serez amené(e) à:

- Participer à la préparation des réponses aux due diligences et appels d’offres des potentiels clients, en lien avec les équipes concernées.
- Contribuer à la production, la mise à jour et l’amélioration des supports marketing (présentations, teasers, pitchbooks).
- Mener des analyses de marché destinées principalement à l’élaboration de rapports pour les investisseurs
- Contribuer ponctuellement à la levée de fonds liée aux opportunités de co-investissement, en appui des équipes concernées.
- Approfondir votre connaissance des principales classes d’actifs, avec une exposition privilégiée aux situations spéciales et aux actifs réels.

Ce stage vous permettra de développer une compréhension concrète du fonctionnement d’une société de gestion d’actifs internationale et d’acquérir une expérience transverse au contact de professionnels de différents métiers.

As an intern, you will join the Investment Specialist function at Tikehau IM, with a particular focus on special situations and real estate debt. This department plays a key role in coordinating between the sales teams and the investment teams, ensuring the smooth running of fundraising activities and the effective transmission of information to potential clients.

The Investment Specialist position involves daily collaboration with various functions across the company: investment, risk, compliance, legal, etc., as well as with international offices. You will be expected to:

- Participate in preparing responses to due diligence requests and RFPs from potential clients, in close cooperation with the relevant teams.
- Contribute to the production, updating, and improvement of marketing materials (presentations, teasers, pitchbooks).
- Conduct market analyses, primarily for the preparation of reports for investors.
- Provide occasional support to fundraising activities related to co-investment opportunities, working alongside the relevant teams.
- Deepen your knowledge of major asset classes, with particular exposure to special situations and real assets.

This internship will give you practical insight into how an international asset management company operates and allow you to gain cross-functional experience working alongside professionals from different areas of expertise.

- Vous êtes (idéalement) en stage de fin d'études et possédez une expérience professionnelle antérieure dans une institution financière ou dans le domaine du conseil
- Vous êtes engagé, motivé, curieux et proactif
- Vous avez un très bon niveau en français et anglais (oral et écrit)
- Vous avez de bonnes capacités de communication et un esprit bien structuré dans la présentation des concepts et des idées

- Ideally, you are completing your end-of-studies internship and have previous professional experience in a financial institution or in consulting.

- You have an excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written).
- You possess strong communication skills and a well-structured approach to presenting concepts and ideas.
