Back Market is looking for a Tech Lead Manager who will lead our Acquisition squad (3 Engineers). The team supports the growth of both organic and paid traffic with projects such as internal linking automation or feeds creation and optimization for all channels. In this hybrid role, you will manage a team of talented engineers as well as contribute directly to the services development. Your mission is to ensure technical excellence, foster collaboration and drive innovation, embracing a growth hacking mindset based on experimentation, continuous improvement and proximity with stakeholders.
