About this opportunity

We are now looking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Analyst (apprentice) to join Corporate EMEA HR Team. Reporting to HR Director C&B, HRIS and international mobility the main purpose of this mission is to:

- Support delivery of Annual Processes (Executive Annual Salary review, Bonus campaign) and Provide support to HR community
- Coordinating Participation and submission of Total Remuneration Surveys
- Compensation infrastructure: update of salary ranges based on market data
- Ensure consistency of the grading system
- Support with implementation of EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Participate to review of current policies (i.e company cars)
- Provide ad hoc analysis and benchmarks
- Provide support with NAO France by providing compensation data
- Provide support with all C&B and HR Reporting activities
- Calculation of the profit French Profit Sharing
- Support with French Benefits management
- Ensure data quality in HRIS system

**About you**

MBA or Master Compensation and Benefits Student you are looking to develop your skills in Total Rewards Function.
- You can show proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels of the organization and ensure confidentiality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complexity and ambiguity.
- A keen eye for detail, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
