**The Interop' Team**

The Engineering department is looking for his/her new Senior Software Engineer in order to come help us having an impact on the future evolution of our product and the daily lives of healthcare professionals.

You will be joining the Interop' team who's in charge of producing tools that connect and monitor healthcare data flows and works both with low level layers (SFTP, S3 etc.) and higher level topics (strict compliance to healthcare industry standards). The team works mainly with
**Node.js, TypeScript and Rails** technologies.

They are currently
**_7 _**software engineers within the team, working both from our Headquarters in Paris (St-Lazare) and mostly from other places in France, remotely. Thus, you have the possibility to choose the remote policy that suits you the best and work from your place in France.

**Your future missions as Senior Software Engineer**

By joining the team, you would have the opportunity to collaborate and work on different aspects:

- Contribute to the implementation, design of different services by develop new features & maintain products already in production;
- Learn new health related skills (FHIR, HDS, etc.);
- Participate in the design, the writing of design notes and also improving the run;
- Actively participate to the code reviews and help the team to improve their skills;
- Improve Developer experience by bringing improvements in tooling, methodologies etc.

**The profile we’re looking for**

A good technical background, 4 years of experience (more or less) where you had the opportunity to actively contribute to the improvement of the team and deliver strong technical solutions.

**Open minded and curious**: Track record in at least one of the framework we are using (Node, TypeScript, etc.) but most of all eager to learn.

**Pragmatic**: we're not looking for the best design ever, but for something that is strong (kiss/tested) and delivers value to our clients.
- ️ **Team player**: although speed is important, you value team work and want to dedicate time to bring people with you, learn from others, coach younger Developers, etc.

**Languages**: you have good English and French communication skills to engage with all team members within the company.
