Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FAL A350
- FUSELAGE PLANT COORDINATION to join our Coordination Plants & Suppliers Department based in Toulouse, France. This profession is responsible for coordinating the link between the manufacturing units/stations and the supply and demand population or other manufacturing unit by ensuring and coordinating the deliveries until the part is available in stock. They act as an ‘’interface’’ between manufacturing customers, program, quality, physical logistics, planning and ordering population within the site and between AIRBUS sites. The Plant coordinator must ensure that the factories deliver MCAs (Sections, Wings, HTP, VTP, Pulons) in compliance with FAL prerequisites. - Organize Handovers (HO) and sign Quality Gate H (QGH).
- Support TOAs and escalate blocking issues during various internal and external SQCDP forums (Bilat, FAP, etc.).
- Secure industrial planning for the areas under their responsibility.
- Make necessary decisions regarding the remaining work (criticality).
- Contribute to the weekly FAP meeting with the secondment manager to bridge the gap between HO and Backlog.
- Coordinate with secondment teams for monitoring and implementing Quality Survey Reports (QSR).
- Coordinate all factory completions with ME (structure, mechanics, and test).
- Manage the industrial bilateral meeting with the factory (twice a year).
- Consolidate and communicate recurring issues (all disciplines) to the factories and secondments in bilateral meetings with corrective actions.
- Participate in the logistics process monitoring: Transport Noria, tooling Noria.
- Contribute to defining the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and negotiate targets (volume, release, quality) annually.
- Weekly reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for QGH, OSW, and Releases. Your boarding pass:
- Strong understanding of supply chain and FAL processes (3-5 years experience)

- Strong communicator and interpersonal facilitator at the station
