HR Business Partner

**Purpose**

The People & Culture team of X-FAB France is looking for an HR Business Partner to join Quentin and Régis to recruit and participate in the development of the members of the X-FABulous Team.

Your goal? Actively participate in the employment policy of our industrial site of just over 1000 people based in Corbeil Essonnes in order to have the best skills in the right place, at the right time.

**Your missions**

Recruitment:

- Defining recruitment needs with operational staff
- Developing a recruitment strategy according to the profile sought
- Writing and publishing offers
- Conducting interviews
- Helping with decision-making
- Carrying out administrative formalities related to hiring

Career management:

- Leading skills reviews with managers
- Supporting employees in their professional project

Remuneration:

- Carrying out internal remuneration studies

Reporting and procedures:

- Carrying out and monitoring reports related to your activity

**Your Profile**:
You are a graduate of higher education (Bac+5 or equivalent) with a specialty in Human Resources.
You know the main principles of an HR policy (performance management, professional development, change management, etc.) and have a good understanding of labor legislation and its consequences on your actions.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and know how to adapt according to your interlocutors.
You have a spirit of initiative and a strong sense of service, for you teamwork is a priority, both within the People & Culture team and with your management partners: the collective comes first
You speak fluent English.
