La Direction Financière de Ceva Santé Animale SA recrute un.e alternant.e au sein de l’équipe « Procure To Pay Solutions », composée de 3 personnes. Il/elle est rattaché(e) au responsable de l’équipe « Procure To Pay Solutions ».
**Vos missions**:
- Analyser les causes des retards de paiement
- Mettre en place des KPI pour suivre la performance de retards de paiement
- Mettre en place des KPI pour suivre la productivité du service Procure to Pay (créations fournisseurs, modifications de commandes, factures en écart, )
- Mettre à jour les données fournisseurs
- Traiter les factures rejetées sur l'outil Cbvalid en soutien à l'OCR Analyst
- Créer ou modifier des fiches fournisseurs en soutien au Supplier Onboarding Specialist
**Your profile**:
Vous êtes étudiant(e) en troisième année de licence ou en Master,
Vous recherchez une expérience enrichissante pour développer vos compétences dans un environnement dynamique.
Vous êtes:
- Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e)
- Curieux(se) et discret(e)
- Doté(e) d’un esprit critique affûté
- À l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit, avec un bon sens de la communication
- Maîtrisant Excel, notamment les tableaux croisés dynamiques (TCD)
- Sensible aux procédures et capable d’alerter en cas de besoin.
