The role of the** IT Business Services Quality Solution Owner **is to deliver Ceva’s business strategy through technology. She/He will be involved in shaping the opportunity, support the Quality department in defining the vision and translate business requirements into detailed solutions. The main objectives will be to enrich CQMS, the Ceva QMS solution, as part of the Quality processes digitalization initiative, as well as roll it out to our different entities. This would require to closely work with the BPO (Business Process Owners) to enhance the solutions as per business needs. Therefore we are looking for highly motivated person to be our main expert in those areas:

- **Expert in Quality Processes (CAPA, Deviation, SOP, Audit mgmt,)**
- As a specialist in AQ processes, your main responsibilities will be to support the design, implementation and deployment, with the objective of delivering best practice solutions and ensuring solution adoption.
- Provide guidance & awareness on data generated by AQ processes to maximize the analysis and value delivered by the systems

**Expert in Technical Solution**
- Provide a strong functional and technical expertise of the solutions covering the Quality processes with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the core model features and how it may be leveraged to meet business requirements for projects or changes.
- Perform regular Technology watch, benchmark activities to maintain/increase her/his technical expertise

**Expert in Solution Implementation**
- Liaise with clients to collect business requirements and ensure final customer satisfaction thru on-time, on-cost, on-quality solution delivery
- Accountable for drafting proposals outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, and time frame for completion.
- Own Solution Design
- Managing projects from start to finish, including planning, cost and resource (internal & external) management to meet delivery deadlines.

**Proficient in Business Adoption**
- Contribute to a community of key users around the world by sharing relevant solution usage best practices to maximize process & solution adoption

**Your profile**:

- 5-7 years’ experience in Quality, either internally via a procurement or supply chain organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
- High energy team player with a bias for action.
- 5+ years of experience with systems delivery, with emphasis on packaged software product implementation.
- 3+ years of experience in implementing QMS platforms (ideally Ennov or similar like Trackwise, Documentum)
- Experience in managing multiple QMS implementations with end-to-end responsibility.
- Experience in related Business Quality Management processes (e.g. SOPs, CAPA, Deviation) is highly valuable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Based in Libourne (Bordeaux)._
