Only one goal: **"Make IT happen"** **Contribute to our development**: Seb Professional innovates and develops digital services for its Schaerer, WMF and Curtis professional coffee machines. Our teams based in Ecully (FR), Geislingen an der Steige (DE) and Zuchwil (CH) work together to build IoT services, with end-to-end management with R&D teams (Products - Services) to secure the "complete offering”. Our customers (catering professionals, distributors, roasters) can thus supervise and control their coffee machines remotely to maximize their value in use (turnover, margins, uptime). As **Technical Lead Backend**, you will join the IT Departement based in Ecully, France. Within the IT Professional Business Domain, you will lead the team of Backend developers with the desire to grow the team by sharing your passion for development, drive improvement, technology watch and knowledge sharing. The Backend team is at the core of the Digital Platform, made up of around thirty people with diverse profiles and skills (Architects, Proxy, developers, QA, Product Owner, Run, etc. ) **In this role, you will**: - Coordinate, animate and follow the activities of the developers by assigning the work according to the skills and know-how of each developer. - Be the technical referent on Backend developments. In collaboration with the frontend and data teams, choose solutions to meet customer needs. Estimate development costs, contribute to product planning. - Enhance development teams’ skills, implement best practices, define development rules including quality standards. - Analyze and challenge the work carried out by the developers (validation of the technical architecture, unit tests, etc.). - Ensure the permanent upgrade of our cloud platform (components EoL management, framework version, security compliance, etc.). - Support the design and realization of complex functionalities. - Contribute to DevOps, Cloud, Agile approaches - Advance our expertise, explore technological innovations on the market in order to integrate the most relevant ones into our cloud IOT Platform in collaboration with architects. **Share your skills**: - Solid experience in Backend Development: C#.Net, MVC Development and previous experience in managing a software development team with Agile methodologies - Previous experience in an Azure cloud environment and Azure microservices - Strong API development skills, experience with Powershell, KQL, Infrastructure as a code - Practice Agile Scrum, SAFe - Ability to listen, to influence with multidisciplinary interlocutors - Ability to work within an international team and in a remote environment - Fluent English is essential; fluency in French and/or German is a plus **Let’s meet ** - First interview with the manager, Development team and the Talent acquisition team - Technical interview with our technical team to evaluate your development skills - Final interviews with the Seb Professional IT Domain Director and the Head of IT for Group Seb **Join an International Group** - The Group strategy is based on five powerful values: entrepreneurial drive, a passion for innovation, professionalism, Group spirit and respect for people, we strive to respect a sense of responsibility, solidarity and commitment - Strong professional mobility : 1 out of 2 positions are filled by internal employees - Many advantages for our employees : 2 days of HomeOffice per week, holiday bonus, profit-sharing and incentive plans, company restaurant, company gym, etc
