**About the Role**:The Corporate IT Division is looking for an experienced, high-energy Desktop/Network Support Associate (f/m/d) to join our IT team. In this role, you will support a fast moving and highly productive office, to enable them to deliver a high-quality service to our customers. You will look after all hardware and software issues forwarded via our Global helpdesk. This will include troubleshooting, maintenance, installs and training, and other services as required.
- This position will be located at our facility in Paris, France.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform desktop and network support conforming to both divisional and corporate standards
- Quickly and accurately diagnose third
- and fourth-level desktop incidents, providing timely resolution and professional communication to the customer
- Spend approximately 100% of your time focused on end-user support for the French office inside and outside associates.
- Liaise with Network and Telecom IT Team to help supporting the local computer room and local network equipment’s
- Be a highly motivated and dedicated team player though also capable of working independently
- Possess a high sense of responsibility and service orientation, be responsive to business needs while ensuring alignment with divisional and corporate standards
- Train and certify to all validated and quality systems as required
- Ideally possess an understanding of Supporting a Sales office environment
- Be naturally flexible, professional, and personable and able to take ownership through to resolution

**R**equired Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or University Degree in a computer-related field plus minimum 1 year of experience installing and maintaining PC hardware and software in an office environment, **OR** Associate degree in a computer-related field plus minimum 4 years of experience installing and maintaining PC hardware and software in an office environment, **OR** minimum of 5 years of experience installing and maintaining PC hardware and software in an office environment
- Experience providing desktop and network support in an Sales office environment
- Knowledge of Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Wi-Fi, IP Networks, iPhone/iPad Apps, Outlook and MS Office
- Foundational knowledge of ITIL and practical experience with ITSM processes and tools
- Possess strong initiative and self-motivation with willingness to grow and develop within the commitment, keeping up to date with current trends in the industry
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical associates in a team environment
- Ability & willingness to respond to critical or emergency after-hours business needs
- Ability to provide quality customer service with the willingness to follow standards and procedures, including documentation of processes
- Ability to travel up to 20%

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience with teaching, training, or leading/managing IT projects
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite with industry-recognized certifications from CompTia, Microsoft, Cisco, or others
- Analytical approach to troubleshooting hardware and software problems within domain environments, TCP/IP, Canon and HP printers, Microsoft Outlook, and wireless networks
