**Job description**:
**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the **design, testing, and optimization** of EPYR’s thermal energy storage systems.
- Support the **development of the first-generation prototype** by analyzing materials, thermal properties, and integration methods.
- Conduct **data analysis and simulations** to improve efficiency and performance.
- Work with external partners to **optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes**.
- Support the engineering team in **prototyping, testing, and real-world validation** of the technology.
- Assist in **documentation and reporting** on technical progress.

**Profile**:
**Who You Are**
- Currently in the **second part of a gap year or final year of a Master's degree or engineering** **school**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work in a **fast-paced startup environment**.
- Passion for **energy transition and industrial decarbonization**.
- Experience with **thermal modeling, simulations, or energy systems** is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with **hardware development or testing** is an advantage.

**About the Process**
- One Interview (30min) : A discussion to understand your motivations, introduce you to the role, and answer any questions you may have about the position and EPYR.
- One Interview (45min) : A Practical Assessment to evaluate your analytical and problem-solving skills. No prior preparation is required; the case will be presented during the interview.
