We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician (F/M) home based in France ideally in Ile-de-France Area.
In this position you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, check and repair operations of Ambr systems for delivering the desired customer service experience.
Our goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
**What you will accomplish together with us**
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches or ensure the preventive maintenance, installation and repair of Ambr systems'.
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Manage document processes
- Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
**What will convince us**
- Technical degree or certification in IT, electrotechnics and robotics
- Proven field service experience 2 years at least
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to work flexible and to adapt to changing work schedules
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently
