Job description_**
- **Your mission**

As a part of the Platform Experience Team (composed of the Tech and the Product teams) and directly reporting to the CPO, you will lead the product marketing function and set the foundation of the Product Marketing at Brigad.

You will have the following responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & understand our positioning
- Competitive analyses and market screening
- Work on the definition and maintenance of the personas alongside the marketing team
- Define our positioning in relation with VP Brand and Heads of Product
- Work alongside the Principal Product Manager in charge of developing new Products to enrich our value proposition
- Build & implement the positioning
- Feed the Product Roadmap with insight
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth
- Coordinate launching of new products and features with the different teams (Sales, Customer Success, etc)
- Test new features along with sales & PMs

Requirements_**

**If you have**
- Experience: 5 years minimum in similar roles, with complex products, preferably platform or marketplaces
- Mastery: you have very strong analytical skills
- Execution: you are reliable and efficient, know how to organize yourself and to carry out complex projects.
- Communication skills: you’re able to communicate and convince a very diverse audience
- Autonomy: you know how to handle complexity and evolve in a fast-paced environment by yourself, and take impactful initiatives
- Languages: you’re fluent in English and in French.
