Nous recherchons un(e) Contrôleur de Gestion Opérationnel, qui sera basé au sein de la Holding France à Levallois-Perret (92).

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement international et stimulant au contact de directeurs opérationnels, avec de belles opportunités d’évolution.

Vous aurez sous votre responsabilité le pilotage d’un périmètre opérationnel de plusieurs sites basés en France Inshore, et vous travaillerez en transverse avec les différents services de l’entreprise (Commerce, Ressources Humaines, DAF, Opérations,...) afin de mener à bien vos missions.

Le Responsable du Contrôle de gestion France accompagnera votre montée en compétences et vous guidera dans vos différentes missions et besoins.

**Vos principales activités et responsabilités**:

- Vous assurerez un véritable rôle de business partner de proximité auprès des Responsables Opérationnels, et challengerez à ce titre les performances de leurs périmètres
- Vous participerez activement au processus de clôture mensuel et annuel (FAE,FNP)
- Vous analyserez mensuellement les écarts et vous remonterez les alertes nécessaires auprès de vos Directions opérationnelles
- Vous proposerez des actions correctives et vous vous assurerez de leur déploiement
- Vous préparerez les forecast et le budget annuel
- Vous serez force de proposition dans une démarche d’amélioration continue des indicateurs de gestion (lien entre indicateurs financiers et indicateurs opérationnels, nouveau BI,), et au travers d’analyses ad hoc,

Mais aussi:

- Etre à l’aise avec un certain seuil d’autonomie en poste
- Forte appétence et compétences pour la gestion et l’analyse de la data ;
**Également, nous souhaitons voir idéalement**:

- Une expérience cumulée 3 ans minimum (stages et alternance compris) en poste similaire
- Diplômé(e) niveau Master, école de commerce, IAE
- Connaissances financières et comptables en lien avec le contrôle de gestion
- Anglais professionnel (à partir de niveau B1).
