**Your missions**:

- Draft, review, negotiate and conclude commercial contracts (service agreements, data protection agreements, etc.)
- Closely support pre-sales, sales and customers success teams in order to help drive our growth
- Support the privacy and data protection team in their quest for privacy compliance
- Management and follow-up of IP/IT/RGPD projects
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and good corporate governance
- Participate in continuous improvement processes
- Periodically update existing legal documentation
- Provide training/onboarding to new employees on legal topics relating to our business
- Cooperate with corporate functions such as Finance, HR and our senior executives
- Management and follow-up of possible pre-litigation and litigation with the company's lawyers
- Recommendations and answers to legal questions from operational teams (Customer Support, Product, Technical teams, Marketing...)
- Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary

**Requirements**:

- 8 years’ experience as Legal Counsel in a similar in-house role or at a major law firm
- Good knowledge of and skill set in IP & corporate law
- Must have knowledge of international privacy laws
- Proactive approach to problem solving and self-motivated with an ability to suss out work that needs to be done
- Problem solver with a pro-business approach - ability to work as a business partner
- Strong appetite for new and complex legal and technological challenges
- Ability to lead negotiations for complex and international contracts
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent level of written and spoken English

Salary range: 70/80k euros based on your level of seniority and competencies you will demonstrate during the hiring process
