**Description du poste**:
En tant que Customer Care Aftersales, tu seras en charge de:

- Constituer les dossiers liés aux litiges
- Vérifier la conformité des pièces communiquées par le locataire ou le propriétaire
- Traiter les litiges
- Répondre aux besoins client, locataire et propriétaire
- Traiter les appels, mails entrants des clients Français et internationaux
- Gérer les relations avec nos partenaires assureurs
- Assurer la qualité du service SamBoat

**Profil recherché**:
Nous recherchons donc une personne rigoureuse et méthodique, aimant le challenge, et ayant idéalement déjà une première expérience dans la relation client dans le but d’épauler notre responsable des litiges durant la haute saison.
- Minimum BAC +2 à BAC +5
- Aisance relationnelle
- Bonne fibre commerciale
- Excellente culture WEB
- Tu parles minimum 3 langues dont l'anglais obligatoirement bilingue
