**Your Mission**:
As a **Backend Software Engineer** within one of our key teams—**“Cash Flow”** (payments) or **“Network”** (network management)—you will play a central role in designing and building reliable, scalable solutions.
- In the **Cash Flow team**, you’ll ensure seamless management of payment systems, enhancing the user payment experience and ensuring transaction reliability.
- In the **Network team**, you’ll contribute to the development of solutions for **network monitoring and station performance**, enabling Electra to pilot its operations efficiently and at scale.

You’ll take projects from **conception to production** with complete ownership, working alongside talented engineers in a fast-paced, impactful environment.

**‍️ Your Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and deploy backend services to support Electra’s payment systems (Cash Flow) or station network management (Network).
- Ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures that align with Electra’s growth and reliability objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Take ownership of the full project lifecycle**:conception, build, deployment, and run**.
- Continuously improve backend systems for better performance, reliability, and security.
- Work autonomously while contributing to a **culture of collaboration and learning**.

**Your Profile**:

- **Education**: Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
- **Experience**: 3+ years in backend development.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Open to various languages, but experience with **Ruby, Go, or TypeScript** is a plus.
- Strong understanding of modern backend architectures (APIs, microservices).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as **AWS** is a plus.
- **Mindset**:

- Strong ownership and autonomy: you deliver solutions end-to-end.
- High learning agility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
