Job Summary:
Our global activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Clinical Trial Assistant to join our Study Start-up team. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day project support for site contracts and payments activities
- Assist with the reconciliation of site invoices to contractual obligations
- Provide general payment query support to Principal Investigators and site personnel
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in both French and English
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
