Junior Business Analyst

SCOR Single Risk operates within SCOR Specialty Insurance and writes insurance and reinsurance for large corporate risks.

The CTO department is in charge of
- providing all the means to support the underwriting activities for SCOR Single Risks
- ensuring that all underwriting activities comply with the SCOR Group guidelines
- improving the underwriting journey and anticipating future needs.

The activities are split into three categories:

- Data and Analyrics
- Process and Compliance

Tools and maintenance including Projects.

**Key duties and responsibilities**

**1.UP Project**
- Gather and challenge business requirements and participate to solution elaboration.
- Carry out study phases and contribute to functional and technical specifications design.
- Write User stories
- Test modules delivered
- Write the documentation and ensure that it is up to date
- Proactively contribute to change management: support end users, provide training.

**2.Process and Compliance**
- Participate to Specialty Insurance Change Management activities (onboarding of managers, training of users, communication) made necessary by new or amended tools and processes and/or changes in Specialty Insurance organization and workforce (new SI offices, new underwriters or TAs)
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Ensure that KPIs are in line with ICS, reliable and up to date.
- Gather the requirements of all stakeholders, make recommendations and seek their approvals (Underwriting / CTO) and implement the proposed solutions through new controls, new KPIs.

**3.Participate to the CTO Data & Analytics**
- Participate to the Specialty Insurance Datamart domain
- Provide insights in a “user friendly” way for end-users by upgrading and developing current tools
- Participate to the monitoring of the
- global level of accuracy of locations entered by the data capture teams (geocoding, occupancy, insured values...), to assess the global quality of information in our system.
- Knowledge of underwriting processes and/ or tools with an international scope is a plus.
- Your experience has enabled you to acquire a first experience in IT project management and business process analysis.
