**Job Title: HR Intern**
Location: La Défense, Puteaux, France
Type of contract: Internship，6 months**（convention de stage obligatoire）**
Beginning time：September 2025
You will be tasked to:
Employee management
- participate in the management of employee working hours, leave and absence, and the update of relevant management software
- participate in the liaising with legal authorities and health organizations for the various declarations and procedures
- participate in the management of administrative mails
- write HR notes: meeting and administrative notes
Optimization of HR function tools
- take part in the design and the update of HR and payroll tools
- participate in the preparation of files related to company’s obligation
Payroll management
- import of variable payroll elements: transport ticket, meal expenses, prepayment, absence
Organization, monitoring of recruitment and onboarding of employees
- take part in the recruitment process(collect needs, draft job ads, preselection and lead interview)
- take part in the integration of new employees
Desired profile：
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Interpersonal Skills:
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft office and recruitment platform
- proactive and resourceful attitude with a keen interest in HR functions
Language：
- French and English mandatory
Salary：
- 800euro/month，50% of transport ticket and restaurant card

Pay: 800.00€ per month
