Within the Customer Journeys & Innovation teams, we are looking for** our future Customer Engagement Manager F/M** for a fixed-term contact of 7 months.
You will have a key role of sharing, leveraging and engaging around the « Customer First » obsession within AXA Partners.
You will work within the Customer Journey & Innovation central teams as well as in close relationship with local teams to boost synergies, knowledge and understanding of customer experience.
You will be instrumental in fostering a culture around customer first and engage a sentiment of responsibility in improving the customer journeys and the implementation of innovative solutions.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To share best practices amongst the community, ensure synergies, share key insights, good practices and key facts through internal and external communications, governance, regular sharing events and by sharing it to EXCOM when necessary.
- To animate the community of stakeholders linked to customer journey improvement through a governance including key decision making instances as well as more insights sharing moments, and informal get together
- To implement and adapt the engagement plan to shine light on improvements and leverage key insights. Regularly propose content for internal and external communication.
- To be the voice of the customer experience improvement transversally and leverage the work done, notably in RFPs
**Your Profile**
Profile
- You are used to working in international organisations and have an interest in working in a multicultural environment
- You have a proven experience in cross-functional management
- You have experience in multinational environments and/or in consulting is a plus
Technical skills:
- Change management

Soft skills:
- Adaptability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English & French)
- Ability to synthesise
