- Set up and administrate our tools to manage our processes in a easy and simple way
- On
- and offboarding, all people moves (mobility, promotion )_
- Campaigns’ roll out (Performance, Salary reviews, bonus campaigns )_
- Roles and data structure_
- Integrations with other systems_
- Mass imports_
- Manage projects to implement/improve our current stack of tools (benchmark )
- Support and train our users: onboarding/training sessions, ticketing follow-up
- Ensure an accurate and relevant structure of data in our HR tools

- Offer the best People Tools experience for the employees within the Group
- Bring expertise on Core HR / HRIS and how it could support our HR processes/campaigns
- Address group HR needs as well as local requirements while ensuring development, evolution and improvement of the Core HR

- Boost People Team efficiency with a strong Core HR, providing process automation, integrations and data
- Work closely with Local admin/payroll team to provide them the support needed from the Core HR tool

**\uD83E\uDD47Your future team / stakeholders**:

- \uD83C\uDFE2 **Organization (Team)**:

- Within the People Enablement Team: team of 3 people (1 manager / 2 IC)
- 1 IC with ownership on tools
- 1 IC with ownership on data: analytics / Staffing Plan / C&B
- Both are working closely and scopes are commutable according to projects/bandwith/absence
- \uD83C\uDFAF **Key stakeholders**:

- People Team and in particular HR BPs and Admin/Payroll
- IT Team and Business Teams: address their needs, support managers/team members in case of complex bugs
- Global scope (FR / BR)

**✨It will be a perfect match if**:

- Expertise (3-5 min experience) on Core HR / HRIS and HR ecosystem (tools and processes)
- Critical mindset to challenge requests (accuracy, core model compatibility)
- Experiences in companies in transformation / scale ups
- Project management
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Fluent in English
- Optional: Analytical skills and C&B experience
