We’re looking for a French-qualified lawyer (few years PQE) to join our Paris office in Rueil-Malmaison and support primarily Infor, a global leader in business cloud software and part of the Koch Group.

As an active member of Koch Commercial team in Europe, you’ll work closely with our Paris-based legal team and other team members of the global Koch Commercial teams to draft and negotiate Cloud, professional services, and related contracts, supporting complex IT projects around the world focusing on Southers Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Cloud, services, and software licensing agreements
- Provide legal support for Infor’s high-value transactions and projects
- Advise commercial and business teams on legal and strategic matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Koch’s global legal network

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- French-qualified lawyer with a few years of post-qualification experience
- Bilingual French speaker with business-level English proficiency (written and spoken). Additional languages such as Italian and/or Spanish are a strong plus as the role would be working for the Southern Europe region.
- Previous in-house experience in an international business environment is preferred
- Experience with commercial contracts; Familiarity with Cloud/tech system integrators or large-scale IT project contracting is advantageous
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team
- Be located in Île-de-France and available to work on-site full-time (5 days a week) at our Rueil-Malmaison office.
