To manage Haus Paris showroom needs and to support the Haus manager in all VIP and PR activations that take place at the Haus including:
- To be a Haus & Brand ambassador for VIP and high talents for Haus Paris (Tiers 1 in Fashion, cinema, music, art, sport,industries).
To manage all FR celebrity seeding/shopping to ensure the most relevant and brand-appropriate talents are wearing Levi’s® on and off screen.
- To manage and coordinate Haus product assortment ordering best-of-the-best product (only Tiers 1 and Collaboration).
- To support and coordinate center of culture program in the areas of pop culture, film, television, celebrity, entertainment, and Fashion,outside and inside Haus:
- Product placement: dedicated customization, red carpets, celebrities event opportunities (Cannes, Deauville, Hyères, Cesar, FW,)
- Event program about Parisian culture
- To manage and coordinate reporting to analyse Haus performance and drive internal visibility.
- Haus showroom management (facilitaties, stock, administration,)
- To implement the Haus calendar and tools in line with awareness objectives and Global /Cluster/Local PR strategy
- To support and drive all Levi’s® Haus Paris culture program
- To support and drive all FR seeding programs (seasonal, collabs, etc.), with a focus on celebrity and high talents (Tiers 1 in Fashion, cinema, music, art, sport,industries)
- Coordinate relationships between VIP / High talents and Levi’s® spokespersons
- Manage shopping requests and product placements
- Haus management: Visual merchandising, extra services, equipment’s supply, shopping delivery,)
- Develop specific Haus tools: database, tracking tool,
- Samples / Stock management
- Haus maintenance / management including management of vendors when needed (Plumbing, Electricity, Security System, Cleaners/Housekeepers,)
- Working in tandem with Haus Manager
- Reporting - Program recaps, weekly Haus recaps, etc.
- Follow-up and analysis of Haus performance
- Facilitate good coordination and work cross-functionally with all teams - PR, Social, Channel,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience equivalent.
- Min. of 2 years PR / showroom experience
- Demonstrated ability and agility / Must be able to multitask
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong relationship skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong production event skills
- Curious and flexible
- Passionate about PR relations and Fashion & Lifestyle trends
