**Supervisor, Credit and Collections - Paris, France**

We are looking for a person who will supervise the activities of our few credit collectors and oversee the credit processes in the local credit organization. You’ll be empowered to make instinctual and logical decisions with little or no supervision.

**Role Responsibilities**
- We expect you to lead by example monitoring bad debt losses and adhering to the credit policy of our agents.
- As a supervisor, you’ll oversee your team’s performance, and provide training to the team members when necessary.
- You’ll make a difference by ensuring the department is following best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Additionally, you’ll be comfortable preparing regular reports and ensuring that the department’s KPIs and milestones are met.
- You will organize the schedule of the collectors and manage credit escalations.
- Moreover, you will create and adjust reliable credit scoring models to reduce risk and monitor results.
- Also, we will be looking for you to run an assessment of the new agents’ creditworthiness and conduct periodic reviews of our existing agents.
- You will advise the credit personnel regarding administrative procedures and work priorities.

**Role Requirements**
- Experience in the financial field, money transfer business, or hands-on experience with credit and collections.
- Experience in leading a small team would be considered a great advantage.
- Fluency in French and English languages is required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
